Overview
Sustainability is more than a part-time or volunteer effort
Environmental impact is a front page topic these days. And as both awareness and regulations on this important issue increase, we think it's important to share our past, present, and ongoing efforts toward improved sustainability with our customers, vendors, and partners.
Since beginning business in 1959 Kyocera has embraced a principle called "harmonious coexistence," meaning we do what's right as human beings for the environment and the communities in which we work. This is the litmus test for every decision we make and, thankfully, it has resulted in more than half a century of growth and prosperity.

Commit to continuous improvement in environmental performance including prevention of pollution, and enhance overall environmental performance within the organization.
Provide environmental management system training to employees as appropriate.
